郭鸿亮，男，汉族，1984年8月出生于黑龙江省哈尔滨市。2014年10月获得哈尔滨工业大学市政环

境工程学院工学博士学位。2015年9月至今在哈尔滨商业大学食品工程学院环境工程系任教，兼任行政秘书。

参与完成国家自然基金2项，发表SCI收录论文11篇。主讲《环境工程专业英语》和《环境生物技术》等课程。
